Daily Dinners

Are you looking for something new to make at your next LPCS dinner? Don't want to duplicate a menu that was prepared recently?

Check out the list of dinners below that were prepared over the past week. This list will be updated once per week to ensure that guests receive a variety of nutritious meals, and to offer fun menu suggestions for dinner volunteers.

Please note some dietary constraints:

1 no pork/beef

1 no nuts

1 no cow dairy

Many guests are diabetic.

Please consider making something other than pasta.

A number of guests are attempting to limit their salt intake.  Please do not add salt to your meals.

Monday, August 23, 2010: Mashed potatoes, spinach balls, fruit salad, London broil, corn, ice cream and cupcakes.

Sunday, August 22, 2010: Sloppy joes, grilled cheese, green beans, tater totos, peaches and cupcakes with sprinkles.

Friday, August 20, 2010: Spaghetti casserole, garlic bread, drinks, salad, carrot cake.

Thursday, August 19, 2010: Mixed fruit, tuna creamettes, bean salad, ham slices, rolls, assorted desserts, orange juice, apple juice, milk.

Wednesday, August 18, 2010: Mediterranean chicken with tomatoes and green beans over rice, banana/apple/grapefruit salad, cookies.

Tuesday, August 17, 2010: Chicken and veggie stir fry with pineapple, rootbeer floats.

Monday, August 16, 2010: Hamburgers, corn chips, salad, candy bars, juice, grilled onions, bacon.

Sunday, August 15, 2010: Brats, fries, veggies, fruit punch, cookies.

Saturday, August 14, 2010: Honey dijon chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, s'mores bars.

Friday, August 13, 2010: Chicken and steak fajitas, corn, rice, refried beans, apple pie, roasted red peppers and onions, watermelon.

Thursday, August 12, 2010: Deli sandwiches, fruit salad, chips, ice cream.

Wednesday, August 11, 2010: Pulled chicken BBQ sandwiches, corn on the cobb, baked beans, salad, ice cream with brownies, strawberries, and blueberries.

Tuesday, August 10, 2010: Pulled pork sandwiches, corn on the cobb, watermelon, pasta salad, fruit cups with fruit dressing on top, and brownies.
